About the Organization 🏢
The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. It is the apex body for research in Ayurveda in the country. CCRAS undertakes, aids, promotes, and coordinates scientific research in various aspects of Ayurveda. The council’s primary objectives include the formulation of aims and patterns of research, initiating and conducting research programs, and developing and disseminating knowledge of Ayurveda.
